I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the prestigious Bangkok University in 2006. During my working career in Krabi, I sacrificed nearly all my weekends to pursue a Master Degree course in Business Administration (MBA) from the best University available near Krabi, Ramkhamhaeng University. After 2 long years and many long drives, I finally graduated in 2010.

I was offered a job in Krabi with a boutique developer in 2007. My first reaction was why not, I would be close to the sun, sand and sea. My job scope included selling and buying parcels of land to construct houses, condominiums and shop lots for my employer to develop. I was involved in all aspects of the sales, purchases, construction and submitting of documents to the various government departments.

My responsibilities included all aspects of buy, selling, signing contracts and arranging bank loans for local, out of town and overseas clients and to ensure a smooth completion of their purchases. I played a small role in the construction and designing of many projects in Krabi with my employer. On completion, my portfolio included the final inspection prior to handing over and finally arranging a smooth transfer of the title deeds to the clients at Krabi Land Office. This is crucial in the sale and purchase of property.

In my line of work I have established a good working relationship with the various banks and financial institutions or with the movers and shakers in the property market that can make or break a property transaction. I am able to share these resources with you or arrange a mortgage for properties that you already own.

With my huge exposure over the last 3 years, I’m in the midst of constructing my home in Krabi town starting from bare land. I am 70% through my construction and its turning out to be a fine and beautiful 2 storey detached house. I have received numerous offers and someday I might just bite the bullet and leave my emotions aside and collect a handsome profit when I sell.

Now I am in the next phrase of my career, where I established Krabi Royal Properties with Indi Tulsi from Singapore.
